Currently, Alhaji Umar Musa Yar Adua, GCFR in his capacity as the President of the Federal Republic
of Nigeria is the Chairman of NIBUCAA, assisted by Messrs Pascal G. Dozie, Chairman, Group of Trustees, Diamond
Bank PLC and Fred D. Nelson, Chairman/Managing Director, Chevron Nigeria Limited respectively are the Co-Chairs.

Specific Objectives
- Conduct formative research to fully understand health-related behaviours with regards to HIV & AIDS;
- Increase the number and diversity of companies including Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) committed to addressing the HIV & AIDS epidemic in Nigeria;
- Support the development of workplace HIV & AIDS policies and programs in member companies;
- Increase the quality and reach of private sector HIV & AIDS prevention programs in the workplace and communities where they do their business;
- Build partnership with government, civil society organizations and the international community to enhance and facilitate the use of companies’ co-competencies and products in the response to HIV & AIDS;
- Use social marketing to promote products and services that will support the treatment of HIV & AIDS;
- Promote activities encouraging demand for HIV Confidential Counseling Testing (HCCT) in the workplace.
